Here are some of our more frequently asked questions...

• How long does delivery take?

12-15 working days. Each piece is made to order, even the simplest of our decor items goes through a 12 step process before it gets to your door.

• Do you do custom orders?

We absolutely love custom orders! Please drop us a line on the "Contact" page so we can discuss your idea.

• Can I install my wall art myself? 

Absolutely! If you're comfortable wielding a drill and screwdriver, and possess what we like to call a "straight eye" (for perfectly aligned masterpieces, of course), you should be good to go. Just remember, a level is your best friend, unless you're going for that avant-garde tilted look.

• I accidentally licked my accent wall. Will I die?

No. While we appreciate your enthusiasm for our finishes, our accent walls are best admired visually. They're made with top-notch materials for lasting beauty, not taste tests. We highly recommend sticking to snacks!

• What areas do you install the Fletcher Accent walls?

Only in Gauteng at the moment... Though we have been know to venture further out from time to time, we love a good road trip.

• My cat has claimed the box my new decor arrived in as his castle. Can I return the cat instead?

Ah, the classic cardboard kingdom! While we understand the allure of a good box, our return policy unfortunately applies only to our decor items, not their new feline overlords. 

• My design idea is currently scribbled on a napkin from that questionable pizza place. Is that sufficient for your design team?

Inspiration strikes in mysterious ways! While a napkin masterpiece tells a story, for the nitty-gritty details, a more formal chat about dimensions and materials would be ideal. But hey, send us a pic of the napkin – it might just spark some unexpected brilliance!
